Individually tailored training courses

To get the best from your Parlianet subscription you may like to consider a tailored training session. Our training sessions cover search techniques and software features in a way that is relevant to the content of the database.

Sessions can be tailored to the level of database experience of different users and to cover the material most relevant to your subscription. For example, a one-hour crash course in chambers may be the best option for a busy barrister, while information professionals may prefer a more in-depth look at search techniques, software features and data content.

Training can be arranged at your workplace or at Justis Publishing’s offices in London, depending on the number of trainees.

What if I can’t attend a training course?

If you can’t attend a course, don’t forget that a wealth of support for Parlianet is available in the Help Files, FAQs and Quick Guides. Additionally, our Help Desk team is available to answer questions about data content, search techniques and software features from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
